The International Museum of Cartoon Art is
America's first and only international museum
devoted to the collection, preservation,
exhibition and study of a world-class repository
of original works of cartoon art. In its
renowned new facility in Florida, where it
relocated after twenty years in metropolitan
New York, the Museum currently displays
masterpieces from its Permanent collection
alongside special changing exhibitions. It also
presents educational and public programs.

The Museum opened its first floor to the Public
in March of 1996 showcasing a selection of Its
acclaimed 160,000-work collection. The entire
three-story, 52,000 square foot Museum is
expected to be completed by 1998.
