About the Company
Kardon and Company, also
known as "Audrey Kardon's Etiquette School of the Palm Beaches", programs
are planned for the enhancement of business and professional careers
and social self-confidence and poise. It is presented for the renewal
of gracious living, from the boardroom to the drawing room, and is
staged in the polished setting of fashionable Palm Beach. A structured
highly sophisticated curriculum designed specifically for adult men,
women executives, professionals, and the advancement of their professional
careers. Likewise, the children's programs are an elegant finishing
school developed as an adjunct to the academic education for young
people.
Kardon Company takes the
time to help clients diagnose their company culture and operations
to learn where the real problems lie. In addition, developing a customized
program to use as a guide for future use. However, we all know that
hiring someone to drop in to present a program and then leave usually
does not work very well. Most organizational problems do not happen
overnight - they have been simmering for weeks and months or longer.
In order to make training an integral part of business operations,
Kardon and Company specialists needs to focus on three areas: training
evaluation, transfer of training and your return on your investment.
This is where Kardon and Company comes in, because, "Murphy's Law"
in training is that the cost of training usually appears to out weigh
the benefits. When a company says they do not have the time or money
to train executives and employees, they are really saying that they
do not know how to evaluate the effectiveness of training and are
not concerned about their bottom line. Training employees and executives
are one of the most cost-effective ways for a business to generate
positive public relation. Kardon and Company specialists always leave
a company with a comprehensive and detailed reference guide to follow,
and will always be available for any further assistance.
