David P. Ginzberg, who earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, has practiced law in the tri-county area since 1984.

As a student, Mr. Ginzberg maintained 3.9 grade point average and was awarded full scholarships for preliminary undergraduate studies at York University in Ontario, Canada and continued studies at the University of Miami where he received his Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in Economics and English.

From the time he first enrolled at the University, Mr. Ginzberg knew he wanted to pursue a legal career. In 1981, he was invited to study at the University of Miami School of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor in May, 1984 and passed the Florida State Bar Examination later that same year.

Complimentary to his studies at the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Ginzberg gleaned valuable insight and "real-world" experience by working as a legal assistant with three well-established, highly respected Miami law firms. He interned at the firm of Laurence D. Faye in Coral Gables, working primarily in the areas of personal injury and worker's compensation. At the law firm of Dunn & Corey, Mr. Ginzberg focused more on personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal and family law. Commercial litigation and real estate experience was gained through his work with Muri Wald Biondo Matthews & Marino.

In October of 1989, Mr. Ginzberg initiated his own practice so that he could better serve the needs of his Palm Beach County clientele. While his primary focus is on assisting clients in Palm Beach County, Mr. Ginzberg's practice provides services to Broward and Dade residents when needed.

Mr. Ginzberg's areas of concentration include Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation. Mr. Ginzberg's firm also has associates who handle the areas of Bankruptcy, Criminal Defense and Family Law, including Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity and Adoption matters.

Mr. Ginzberg is qualified to practice before the Florida Civil and Criminal Courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
